Arianna is a qualified Italian lawyer, with experience in business, contract and corporate law. She obtained a Ph.D. in Comparative private law and the European Union law at the University of Macerata and a Master’s Degree in Law with a focus on corporate law (final mark: 110 cum laude and honors).

She is author of peer reviewed publications and collaborates with the University of Roma Tre.

She has been registered with the Rome Bar Association since 2014.
